Where can I target a low-income audience?

My target audience for sales is with low income.. so any ideas? (example: pawn shops, laundry mats, cig stores)

Public Comments

1. Wal-Mart.
2. Come to States in the south ie Mississippi Arkansas and go to Walmart.
3. welfare office
4. walmart, goodwill, salvation army, ross, marshalls, tj max, second hand stores, hispanic or african american neighborhoods <as they are historically low income>, colleges <college students are historically low income>
5. Go down to where folks apply for food stamps, subsidized housing and other government need based programs.
6. Best place would be the welfare office and unemployment offices
